Delivery

UK DELIVERY

We deliver within 2-3 working days of you ordering from us (Monday to Friday) to all mainland UK addresses. Shipping costs start from £9.00. There may be a slight delay in delivery times if we don’t have your wine in stock, on this occasion we will keep you updated.

All orders over £150 will have the option of free shipping on checkout. Free shipping is only granted once it has been manually selected on checkout- we can’t provide you with free shipping once your order has been confirmed.

Please also note that we only deliver Monday-Friday. In the circumstance you order from us on a weekend, you should expect your delivery to arrive on the following Tuesday, depending on stock availability.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Want your wine shipped outside the UK? No problem. We offer delivery to most of the main European countries with our partner UPS. When ordering for international delivery you can expect your wine to take up to 5 working days.

Please note – delivery to some countries will incur international shipping tariffs, import/customs fees, wine importation costs, border-to-border fees, excise duties, etc, for which you and/or the recipient will be liable in order to complete successful delivery of your wine.

If you have any questions in regards to a recent purchase with us, or you would like to enquire in regards to International Delivery then Heist Group would be happy to answer any questions you may have, to the extent of our knowledge.

Should you wish to send wine State-side, in Asia-Pac or other parts of EMEA – in fact – anywhere that’s not UK or EU – please send us a note within your order at checkout, and/or email [email protected] and/or phone us on 020 81 06 1886.

ORDER & COLLECT

We offer store collection, available from our shop in Pop Brixton. To select, choose the pickup option at checkout, after which we will get in touch so you know when to collect.

DELIVERY CONDITIONS

If you’re not in when the courier arrives, they’ll leave a contact card. Call the number on the card to sort out a suitable time for our UK courier partners APC to re-deliver to you free of charge. If you don’t organise re-delivery the wine will re-direct back to our warehouse in Brixton, London.

Our couriers need a signature to deliver your order, so make sure you give us a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for them.

We won’t sell or deliver alcohol to anyone who is, or appears to be, under the age of 18. By placing an order (in line with our T&Cs) you’re saying that you’re at least 18 years of age and we, or our couriers, reserve the right to ask for some form of ID, or to not deliver the goods, if we are unsure about the recipient’s age.

Alcohol will not be delivered to anyone who appears intoxicated.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS

If your order is damaged you can refuse to sign for it, after which it will be sent back to us in Brixton, London. We’ll send you a replacement parcel within five working days of receiving the return. If you choose to accept the delivery regardless of the damage, please send us a note to [email protected], with photographs and an explanation of the damage and we’ll deliver you replacement bottles or offer you a refund.

Please take a minute to examine your parcel upon delivery and if there’s any damage, tell us about it on the courier’s delivery note when you sign. All claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery by phoning 020 8106 1886.

VINTAGE CHANGES

If the current vintage you’ve selected isn’t available, we’ll send you the next most current vintage. If you don’t want the next most current vintage, pop us a note in the notes field as you complete your checkout process. You can also email us at [email protected] to let us know anything special / any ‘do not substitute’ requests. We’re happy to offer you a return or a refund if you’re really unhappy with what we may have had to send you as a substitute.
