Off Dry

Off dry means there is a little residual sugar in the wine but not enough to make it medium dry. These wines tend to have between 5 and 15 grams residual sugar and will have a softer rounder palate than a dry wine. This can range from a Pinot Gris to a Riesling, but it purely depends on the winery itself.

Our favourite off-dry wines are: Te Kano Pinot Gris, Craggy Range Te Muna Sauvignon Blanc and Seifried Pinot Gris. White wine heaven.
