Riesling Wine

Riesling is a white grape variety used to make dry, semi-sweet to sweet and sparkling white wines. It’s an aromatic grape variety with flowery, almost perfumed aromas as well as high acidity. Its low concentration of tannins makes Riesling the perfect match for spicy foods. Riesling’s naturally low pH (and high acidity) mean it cellars much better than most wines – red or white – and ages exceptionally well.
