Local fruit
The range encompasses traditional varieties of New South Wales, a departure in style for winery Mino & Co Wines, whose focus lies on growing Italian grapes in Australia. The grapes for A Growers Touch are all grown locally in the Riverina, by farmers the winery has worked with for over two decades. It is these farmers that the range pays homage to, showcasing local fruit, and placing emphasis on the importance of ‘terroir’.
Local growers
Each variety is sourced from just one grower, and images of both the fruit, and the hands of this grower, adorn the labels of the wines. After all, without their knowledge, skill, and dedication, the quality of the range would not be possible.
