Pale straw in colour, this wine has a nose of ripe, green citrus fruit and Christmas spices. The palate is fresh and richly textured, with notes of ripe pears, almonds and peaches, and a clove-like finish.

Mullineux & Leeu Family Wines is owned and run by winemaking couple, Chris and Andrea Mullineux, with partners Analjit Singh and Peter Dart. Now over 10 years old, the brand is firmly established at the pinnacle of South Arican wine production, with a raft of awards and accolades won over the years.
Andrea and Chris produce hand-crafted wines from the Granite, Schist, Quartz, and Iron-rich soils of the Swartland, based at the Mullineux winery on Roundstone Farm near Riebeek Kasteel in the Swartland.

Swartland, a large wine-producing area, is located 65 kilometers north of Cape Town in the Western Cape of South Africa. The climate is warm and dry, the terroirs are diverse (it has among the oldest viticultural soils in the world), and the landscape is breathtaking.
